Tej — Ethiopian honey wine, reimagined.

Tej has been brewed for over 1,500 years from raw honey and the bittersweet gesho plant. We infuse it, ferment with it, and shake it into cocktails you won't find on any other menu. Floral. Golden. Faintly funky in the best way.

Beyond Tej, we run a small library of house infusions — vanilla-pod bourbon, chili-pineapple tequila, hibiscus gin, smoked maple — built in small batches and rotated by season.
